    The 29th commercial resupply services mission (CRS-29) to the International Space Station launches tonight. Among other things, it will deliver ILLUMA-T, a #laserCommunications terminal that will be used to experiment with communications to the ground via the #LCRD laser communications relay satellite.     Launch currently looks like it's scheduled for 8:28 pm. It will be live streamed, and there are several ways to watch it (1/2).

    @AufDistanz Ich freute mich auch über den #PIXL1 vom #DLR und #Tesat auf der #IAC2022. #LaserCom ist für mich und andere #SmallSat Leute echt interessant. Daher freute es mich sehr, dass das Team bei uns in der #IAASmallSat Session B4.3 auch die Keynote hatten. Das Paper und die Präsentation waren super! Uns Session-Chairs hat es sehr gefallen.
