Ich habe bei #Detectorists viel über englische Geschichte gelernt.
Gelernt und wieder vergessen.
Die Serie ist einfach großartig.

I know they are both popular but I dislike Jonathon Ross almost as much as I dislike Jimmy Carr.

BALD BRUMMIES 🤣🎉
I had forgotten the joy of that on Alan Partridge!

Spoiler: it's not good though the performances of Shirley Henderson and Dougray Scott are really good. It's trivial, jazzed up to look more interesting than it is and *of course* there is quite some mystic babble about.
It's like a whodunnit where you have to guess the first five episodes who the actual victim is. Also I think I spotted some plot mistakes.3/10 cannot recommend #Summerwater

OMG There is "The Split Barcelona"!
Why didn't anyone tell me?
It's lovely #NicolaWalker and she is not going to be killed and there is Stephen Mangan and someone nicer than boring Christie 🤩

Baby #GoonShow: Down among the Z men (1952)
Only one playing fairly straight in the quite silly plot is baby Peter.

Be honest with me. Will I ever find another programme that is as funny as #BlackBooks ?
I have watched it quite a few times and it still makes me laugh.
I could really do with some funny programmes now, preferably British.
Any tips? Needs to be not on a streaming service as I don't support them.

Now watching "The last train" (1999). It stars a young and incredibly stunning Nicola Walker.
They better not kill her this time.
There is a very baby Sasha Dhawan too.
I have never watched "Lost". 15 minutes in and I feel this must have been the British original programme they losely based it on.
