For my current comic, #LandWalk, I use a kind of free-form layout, which is fun, but I was thinking it'd be interesting to try a more traditional comic-style format for a side project.

This is a landmark that I've really been looking forward to b/c it means that LW is officially eligible to be considered for the webring, Knifebeetle! Applications are closed rn, and I have no idea if LW would get accepted anyway, but it's super exciting to have reached this point in my weird little tale 😁 💀 🍃

Also, if you haven't checked out Knifebeetle, I highly recommend it. It's led me to a number of my fav webcomics.

My main comic #LandWalk will be on break for October so that I can build a bit of a buffer. It will definitely be returning in November, tho, as I already have several pages ready!

I started posting #LandWalk episodes to Webtoons four months ago and have gotten 263 total views.

I started posting individual pages to Comic Fury 25 days ago (shout out to the #MastoArt community for the recommendation) and am averaging ~152 viewers per day.

It's not a perfect comparison, and different comics may have different experiences, but for #indiecomics creators looking for a platform I'd def recommend checking out Comic Fury!

For Q4, I can imagine #LaliTheDragonslayed walking around singing #thekinks "Lola," but subbing in her own name. "Lali, L-A-L-I, Lali"

I also think it's fitting b/c Lali's a female #BoneGolem, but is built mostly from a male #skeleton (hasn't come up in the comic yet, just a drop of backstory).
