When will land developers realize it's not just about creating ticky-tacky car-centric row housing? They should be striving to create villages. Neighbourhoods with amenities that allow people to connect with each other in a natural environment, one that doesn't require a car to get around. When will our municipalities develop the balls to require more from developers or get more involved in the planning stages? We also need more infill in existing communities
