🇫🇷 Enfin rentré! Le retour ne fût pas simple mais on y est arrivé! 😅 Malgré tout une chouette journée et de belles photos avec le matin, la brume et le spectacle de la voir se dissiper reste pour moi, un moment féérique. Pour finir cette longue journée, deux photos panoramiques prises depuis le pont qui enjambe la Moselle et qui permet de relier Kues à Bernkastel. When most photographers pack up, I unpack. Rain saturates everything. Colours deepen. And during a heavy downpour, forests create their own weather. The trees release steam. The woodland breathes. The conditions don’t determine whether I go. I go. Rain gives the forest something clear skies never can.

I took this photo on a 99 year old camera I found, it took some extensive repairs to the bellows but on my first test roll I got some good results.
So I thought i'd share them:
Its a "No. 2A Folding Cartridge Hawk-Eye Model B" made by "Eastman Kodak Co."
Luckily it had the year carved into it so I know exactly how old it is.It originally took 116 film but can easily be adapted to 120 using some 3d printed adapters.
It has a labeled aperture range of f8 to f64 but it can actually go slightly past that to f128, and its negative size is 6x12.This was the first photo I took to test it (and my first photo using a format other than 35mm).
I used Fujifilm Across II 100 at f128 and if I remember correctly I used around 3 seconds of exposure. -

“At The Edge” — A jumble of Monterey cypress trees at the edge of a Point Lobos cliff.
This is the final photograph in a series of images I made on a morning visit to Point Lobos near the end of September. As I approached the park I drove in thick fog, and I was already contemplating potential subjects to photograph in hose conditions. But in the final mile of my drive the fog began to lift, and sunlight shone through the gaps in the dissipating fog. I reevaluated, picked an area with other visual interests, and thought about how I might use the remaining fog-softened light with these subjects.
