Shooting my shot here for #railway and #ModelRail enthusiast but also #trains junkies over here. Does anyone have any ideas of good places to look for technical drawings of the SCB Ed 2x2/2 or, even better the Landquart-Davos G 2x2/2 #Scaletta #SteamLocomotive ??
The scaletta has an absolute look to it. I found some very basic drawings https://archive.org/details/Scaletta/page/n4/mode/1up but with the wrong #engine... I got the railstock tho 💗
I'm following advice I got that steam engines are quite nice to learn cadding (and machining) on because they got a shit ton of easy to model bits and get to more and more complex shapes in a logical fashion, and for machining they are way easier to run than internal combustion stuff so mistakes and hacks won't scrap everything.
I don't plan on doing any machining tho, I really wanna try my hands at cadding pieces.
Of course if you have good technical drawings of another engine I'm all for it too💗
