This one has an MO where she tries to grab all the bond money at the end of each tenancy, hoping students won't fight back. I'll bet she gets away with that fraud more often than not. As Critic says:

"Karen has been awarded thousands of dollars from her tenants’ bonds over the past two years."

With multiple houses, she'll have done well out of Luxon's handouts to landlords. Whereas for the mould and decay alone, MBIE should have come down on her like a ton of bricks.

Photographing rooms with #personalItems seems like an exteme #privacy violation and an #abuse of privilege.
