You can now build your #CreditScore by requiring your #Landlord to report positive on-time rental payments to a credit reporting agency! 📈 There's a few limitations (larger than 15 units, etc) - all the deets here, from CA DRE's 2025 Tenant & Landlord Guide:

    During the past year it is said that #BillGates, has become the biggest #landlord, at least in terms of #agricultural land.

    Yes, #BigTech, are a massive problem. It seems they are all #diversify into complementary industries and building up #oligarchic structures. For example, #Amazon and #Google have their fingers in as many, if not more, insidious pies than #Microsoft.
