  1. When the #landlord rents the property out they give up some of their rights to that property. They can’t just let anyone in whenever they want. Therefore, you, the occupant can allow a vampire in, while your landlord cannot. At least, not without giving you prior notification and possibly hiring the #vampire to do some sort of work. (s g)

  5. Concerning the legalisation of #pluginsolar in the UK, there is one question open (for us) and maybe there is a #lawyer here who can answer it:

The UK "legalized" #pluginpv but didn't change any law concerning the right of #tenants to use it. The guidance simply says "ask your #landlord”.

Is the use of pluginsolar now subject to the whims of the landlord or does UK law give the tenant a right to install it, as its a generally legal and regulated technical device?

  6. Some personal news: my wife and I have not been able to enter our apartment for more than a few minutes at a time since 12/23 due to #perlite dust #contamination which is similar to #fiberglass. Tara had to go to the #er for breathing problems and severe pain that night and we've been in hotels and hostels ever since. #advice welcome. Should we stop paying #rent? #landlord won't clean it so we're having to pay out of pocket.
