The regret relates to subsequent events, I feel - ie being found out

PPE Medpro is being sued by UK govt for £122m plus costs for "breach of contract & unjust enrichment"

It is also being investigated by the National Crime Agency

In the Sunday Telegraph, #ladyMone says "I am ashamed of being a Conservative peer given what this Govt has done to us"

Well given the dreadful people the #vacuumOfIntegrity elevated - so many incompetents and some corrupt - we need them removed from any access to political leverage.

The idea that #ladyMone has any say in UK legislation (regardless of whether she avails herself of it) is anathema to any morally thinking person.
