If you're in the mood for some sci-fi, period drama, time-shift, fantasy, then I _really_ recommend La Bête (The Beast) currently on Channel 4. So much in it is relevant to life today.

We thoroughly enjoyed it last night. Wondered how on Earth it could end, and then, "wow!"

Definitely worth a watch.

(I'd say about half is French subtitled, the rest in English.)

Doskonale przy tym bawi się pustym miastem, samoistnie wywołując lęk przed samotnością, a nieuchronność „oczyszczenia” jest jak śmierć stojąca z kosą nad twoim gardłem. (1/2)
