Telangana Minister KTR warns of ‘southern uprising’ against Union govt’s delimitation plan
The minister said that if delimitation is based on a state’s population, then two of the north Indian states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh will alone have more Lok Sabha seats than all the south Indian states.
