(https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kooperation_f%C3%BCr_Transparenz_und_Qualit%C3%A4t_im_Gesundheitswesen) it seems that #ProCum Cert has to do with confessional certification aspects in church-run institutions. But my #German isn't what it used to be xD
