Spent three days doing #agility last weekend. Dreamer competed and had a blast tho, as usual, we only got one qualifying run. At 6 yards per second he is really fast and I have a hard time thinking as fast as he runs. Casper got to hang out and socialize. I stripped Dreamer a little bit today. He's not a #terrier, bit it he has a wirey terrier type coat. He was getting too #scruffy. I like neat scruffy lol. He is a #Kromfohrlander and they have personalities quite different from a terrier. #dog #DogsOfMastodon

Went to a Scent Work Trial with a couple of my #dogs last weekend. We had a blast. It was at a haunted house. Such a fun place for searches! The dogs had no idea it was supposed to be scary. Dreamer and Maze are two of my dogs.
Their breed is the #Kromfohrlander. #Kromis are a relatively new breed. They were started in #Germany in #WWII by a lady who lived in #Berlin. They resemble a #terrier, but they were bred to be companions and they don't have the independence that is more typical in #terriers. They do tend to have some terrier qualities though. They love to train and many of them love #DogSports. #dog #DogsOfMastodon #dogs #Scruffy

Jet and Dreamer had a blast at #BarnHunt this weekend! One of those rare weekends where we got a lot of Qs. Jet was entered on Fri and Sun, had 3 Master runs and 3 #Crazy8 runs. Qualified in all his Master runs and got a bunch of Crazy 8 points! Jet is 13.5 years old, is retired from agility, and doesn't compete full time. Dreamer ran all 3 days and got 5 Master Qs! Casper is in the background. He's only 4 months old and doesn't have a sit stay yet. Dreamer is the taller boy, he's a #Kromfohrlander and he had fun doing #DogAgility today. Connor is the other nicely sitting #Dog. He has an #autoimmune disease called #Pemphigus where his immune system is attacking his skin. But he's doing really well right now.
