Yesterday, #UK Equalities Minister #BridgetPhillipson issued a sharp public rebuke to #EHRC chair #KrisherFalkner's aggression. https://www.theguardian.com/society/2025/nov/04/bridget-phillipson-public-debate-ehrc-gender-recognition

It seems that govt-EHRC relations have almost broken down. I don't want to read too much into this. I believe that the #Starmer crew still intends to sacrifice #trans people to the rightwing lynch mobs.

But there is now some small hope that #Phillipson may draw back slightly from the most exteremist #TERF demands. But this may just be optics 🤔
