Today after walking all around Oslo, I had myself a La Trappe Tripel and my wife got Lindeman's Kriek. Both were delicious, but in completely different ways. We also devoured a giant chocolate covered cream puff. The tripel made for a good palate cleanser for Anne so that the Kriek could still taste sweet after that glycemic monster.

Home. The Chinese food I ordered whilst on the train back from the match will be here in ten minutes, I have cracked open a bottle of #Kriek and I am ready for an evening of doing nothing, rather than managing risk like every other Saturday night. The moon is full. I’m so glad to be home tonight.

Home again, last shift until Thursday. I’ve just cracked open a beer, am about to play some AC Valhalla before bed. I’m in no rush to go there tonight. I usually get home and head straight to bed, but I’m going to take some time to unwind tonight.
I am grateful to the police - 3 PCs, 3 sergeants and an inspector - for their efforts on my behalf today. I’m once again terribly frustrated with and disappointed in the #CPS, but it is what is.

Trying out #EikerMjød (#mead from the #Eiker #Ølfabrikk AS brewery in #Mjøndalen, #Norge, pictured on the left), and #KriekOfTelemark (#Kriek #cherry #fruitBeer by the #NøgneØ brewery in #Grimstad, #Norway, pictured on the right).
The #mjød was not quite sweet enough to my taste tbh, but still decent. The #cherryBeer was a bit too sour, but that was @Siiw's pick anyway. :)
