Smart people on Mastodon pls help… if it seemed like McCarthy was eventually going to cave in to whatever demands the Koup Klown Klan had for him, would it not have made more sense for a few dems to have peeled off and voted for him to avoid him selling his speakership to the dregs of the GQP?
Surely I’m wrong, but what am I missing?
I’m now concerned that we have Matt ‘R Kelly’ Gaetz and Pew Pew Barbie in his ear while Louie Gohmert eats paste in the corner.
