Really, really, really confidence-spurring news that the governor herself acknowledges that the decriminalization bill does almost nothing positive if anything at all. There is no good way to measure any success of this dumbass bill, and we know it won't work because when has the finger-wagging citations of the State, or starving under the penal system, helped anyone?
