Highlight of Fairfax Veg Fest for me: eating shave ice from Kotei Kids Shaved Ice 🍧. Fine shave. Natural flavors. Beautiful. I went with a classic combo: passion fruit, orange, guava. Sadly, as enjoyable as it was, I have no nostalgia for juice-based syrup, only the artificial stuff. 🫤
