Today is a day I would kill to have a Kotatsu table at home. I wanted to go back to the Dojo on Monday but now the retreating flu made way for nasty coughing 🙄

Maybe some easy Subburi at home closely watching my pulse instead... We will see...

I just want to snuggle up under a Kotatsu drink tea, read, sleep, eat and repeat.

#Kang 🇨🇳, #ondol 🇰🇷 and #kotatsu 🇯🇵 are very efficient heating solutions.

I was genuinely surprised when I tried an ondol room in South Korea.
The building was old, I could feel the cold air passing through the window and yet I slept very comfortably on that heated floor.

Pues este mes cierran tanto #MullvadLeta como #Kotatsu. Menuda lástima.

Mullvad por su parte recomienda que se use una buena combinación de VPN y navegador privado para seguir haciendo búsquedas.

Parecería que algunos devs de Kotatsu ya están preparando una app alternativa llamada Doki y mientras tanto mantienen Kotatsu desde un fork llamado Kotatsu-Redo. Pero vosotros no habéis leído nada. 😉

It has been 2 years since I last went skiing. I used to go ~4 times a year before my daughter was born, but couldn't go frequently anymore.

We had very good weather for this first day. Cloudy or sunny depending on the side of the mountain. Fine snow falling most of the day.

The kotatsu at the hotel after the onsen was very welcome.
We had some extra time before dinner, so we had an apéritif!

Hey folks,

I'd like to get a kotatsu (or any other heated table) to a Polish home. I'm struggling to find any importers to the EEA, and I'm afraid to pick random items off alibaba because of the fire risk. What are my options?

Bonus points: I'd be happiest just buying a heater element to convert an existing coffee table, rather than shipping a whole table.

I've come to notice that I've read more books on my phone as of late, than the Kindle or Kobo I bought for the task initially. Not that this is a bad thing, just slightly surprising considering I used to hate reading on my phone. Though, I do like being able to copy a quote from Librera FD and instantly upload it here with author and book name already attached!

I've also started reading Bleach (manga) on Kotatsu, so maybe I'm losing my bias to phone reading after all.
