One of my favorite #TTRPG projects is the Kosmos68.com blog. It takes the universe from Kosmos 68, Zozer Games' old, free setting for Traveller, and expands it.
The Kosmos 68 setting is a Soviet retro-future, loosely based on old Soviet sci-fi films, and actual Soviet culture.
They've been updating it regularly. It's one of my favorite follows.
