Arguing with horse people on the internet today about culling brumbies in the Koszi National Park (everyone's got to have a hobby), and a recurring argument is that people do more damage and so the horses should be left alone. And feral horses in Kosci are back up for debate. It's always been wild that an invasive species is protected in a national park, hopefully this will be the beginning of a more rational approach to horse management in the alpine and sub-alpine regions.
