Navratan Korma From Vegan Richie
I love how this dish is so pretty with all the veggies and spices in different sections, ready to go into the oven.
Once it has been baked like this, the sauce will be made from a section of it and the nuts and raisins added before a final baking. I also added beluga lentil tempeh. Can't wait for lunch!

CW: Bragging about cooking
Ok, I am sorry, but I gotta brag a bit. Tomorrow is #NES Game Day with The Boys™ and that's fine and good, who cares, BUT it looks like I am gonna knock our lunch out of the goddamn park. First time ever #cooking #korma and getting excited because the marinade I prepared smells stunningly good. I tasted a bit and... Hell yeah! We got a winner, chef's kiss, 10/10.
If the rest works out, I guess I know what my little family will be eating quite a bit more often 😅

#Korma is very much an invention of the Indian Subcontinent.
Thank the Mughals!Dahi/Curd is one of the key ingredients of a Korma. I don't use a readymade masala. Usually make it by roasting and grinding different spieces (an old purani dilli aunty had told me the combination).
