According to the National Weather Service, this low-pressure system is still expected to bring unstable weather conditions to the island today and into the weekend. This severe weather system could result in periods of heavy rainfall, possible thunderstorms and an elevated risk of flooding.
- A Flood Watch remains in effect for Oʻahu through 6 p.m. on Friday, April 10. A Flood Watch means that rain leading to flash flooding is possible.
- The High Wind Warning that was previously in effect for Oʻahu has been downgraded to a Wind Advisory, which is in effect through 6 p.m. on Friday, April 10.
- The High Surf Advisory that had previously been in effect has been cancelled, as surf has fallen below the advisory level.
