I was warned that color #eInk screens were dim, but that wouldn't be a problem if the backlight automatically adjusted to ambient lighting.
Instead, on my #KoboClaraColour I have to poke an awkward menu, then adjust a finicky slider. Then remember to turn it off when I go outside or else it kills the battery life.
