Okay, listened to the final episode of #KnowledgeFight this morning before work.
It's hard, but I am glad for Dan and Jordan to move on and continue to do work they find meaningful. Sounds like (maybe) things were getting ready to wind down regardless, and perhaps Jordan's feelings about the 🧅 takeover of IW just hastened that.
Am I still wracked by Many Feelings? Yes! Absolutely. Soul rent asunder etc, yes, for sure. I do not think I will track down Jordan's video rant.

At the end of an absolute era, the Dan and Jordan from Knowledge Fight have announced the end of their 1137 episode, 9 year long project.
I respect them both, and their decision and hope nothing but the best for them. Their insight and deconstruction of Alex Jones and his insidious influence have helped shaped some of my own points of view and sharpened my critical thinking skills especially when it comes to rhetoric.
If you've never checked out the podcast please do, it is not too late, and arguably most of it is just as relevant now as when it originally aired.
You know that hole you feel at the end of a novel, or book series, where you'll miss the world, the characters, and it's bittersweet. That's what I'm feeling, except I wont miss Alex Jones, fuck him.

I guess I just hope the end of #KnowledgeFight inspires its successors to create more good media in its vein. Not necessarily copycats of the exact format or subject matter, but made with the same philosophy, strategy, consistency, and rigor KF perfected over almost ten years. I don't exactly want a "new KnowledgeFight"; I want the next several things that will in their own ways be as good as KnowledgeFight.

It is very cold, I am still ✨ruminating✨ on things said and done over the last week of hosting my inlaws, and I'm somehow expected to do work? For my job? That I get paid for? Preposterous.

#InfoWars update spotted on #KnowledgeFight subreddit: Bankruptcy trustee filed for abandonment of parent company Free Speech Systems LLC. My understanding is this would revert FSS/InfoWars to property of Jones. Would also allow the Sandy Hook families to pursue FSS and its assets in state court. Those assets would be unprotected from forced transfer or liquidation. Jones may choose to dissolve the LLC and force families to liquidate assets one by one.
