Wie lässt sich Forschungsdatenmanagement ressourcenschonend gestalten? Und wie lassen sich die #FAIR-Prinzipien vor dem Hintergrund der fortschreitenden #Klimakrise um die Dimension der ökologischen Nachhaltigkeit erweitern?

Mit diesen Fragen haben sich Katharina Bergmann, Giacomo Lanza, Carolin Menzer, Janine Straka und ich im Rahmen der Unterarbeitsgruppe infra-dmp der nfdi e.V. Querschnittssektion #CommonInfrastructures in den letzten zwei Jahren beschäftigt. In mehreren Workshops haben wir dazu Input und Feedback von Wissenschaftler*innen zahlreicher Disziplinen sowie FDM-Expert*innen gesammelt. Neben Kapiteln zu Datenorganisation, Datenpublikation und -archivierung, Infrastruktur, Methoden und Workflows enthält die Handreichung eine kompakte Checkliste, die einen schnellen Überblick über die wichtigsten Maßnahmen bietet: https://nfdi4culture.de/id/E6987.

Die Handreichung richtet sich ausdrücklich nicht nur an Data Stewards und FDM-Beratende, sondern auch an Wissenschaftler*innen, Studierende, Forschungs- und Infrastruktureinrichtungen sowie Fördermittelgeber*innen. Perspektivisch möchten wir die Handreichung um Fallbeispiele aus verschiedenen Disziplinen ergänzen und freuen uns über Anregungen aus der Community.
