Hi Jacob @jsherkow would you happen to know where I can read about the latest news on the #CRISPR patents by The BROAD & the UC Berkeley (in US & EU) and the derivative patents applying for #knockin experiments owned by Sigma-Merck? The latter is causing us, in EU, some additional troubles since these type of experiments (substituting/replacing DNA sequences, rather than removing/deleting) do not seem to be covered by the original set of CRISPR patents.
