I have released a new mod for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: Consistent Bastila Recognition, which makes the Exile refers to Bastila by name when talking to T3 about Bastila's holo message, instead of just some genetic terms like "the person/woman in the hologram".
This mod was made because entering the secret tomb on Korriban will reveal that the Exile actually knew Bastila, so it's jarring that the Exile doesn't get any dialogue option to refer to Bastila by name when they see Bastila's hologram in T3-s holo recording.
