I had been hoping to do a 4km walk today to push my recovering knee distance up a bit, but other things got in the way.

That said, I did get a sub-3km walk in both yesterday and today, so fingers crossed for a good outcome.

Gave my marginal knee a walk around the 'hood for 2.6km. Seems incrementally improved, but just a tiny bit. A little ice afterwards to keep things under control.

Prob too much to walk to the ramen shop for supper. Another night.

Well, it's already rainy, but I pulled out an umbrella and still did a few blocks' walk anyway.

I should think of getting some new rain wear and trying to get out more in inclement weather.

My knee has felt worse since yesterday's walk, and not great to start this short one today, but just as I neared home it felt good, so I added an extra block.

Maybe a bit of ice is a good idea now.
