#Avgeek alert: Icelandair flew their 757-200 special livery "Vatnajökull" from Reykjavik #KEF / #BIKF today on a ferry flight number to Kansas City #MCI / #KMCI. The airframe TF-FIR doesn't have a return flight scheduled. All of Icelandair's 757s are planned for retirement by Spring 2026. So it may have been retired or sold. But MCI isn't a boneyard.
