The airframe TF-FIR doesn't have a return flight scheduled. All of Icelandair's 757s are planned for retirement by Spring 2026. So it may have been retired or sold. But MCI isn't a boneyard. Tonight we went to #KMCI for #PlaneSpotting. Specifically to catch a 727. No more than 10 mins after our cars safely pulled over on a public road 30 ft from the perimeter fence the airport police showed up. Five cars in total!
