Jeg er igjen igang med #fiskegrateng.
Planen var #bacalao, men Rema 1000 var tom for #klippfisk og viste igjen at #monopolkapitalismen ikke fungerer.

That lovely variety of #cod dishes has gone from daily food to crisis food in WW2, to something more of a special dish nowadays. :)We usually get the commercially mass-produced version, though @Siiw has occasionally made it herself from #klippfisk :)
I like it as a filling meal :)
