Baseball DX, #KOA Denver 850 AM. Rockies playing someone, I guess there have been a lot of home runs in the game. Spring training statistics are not particularly important.

Last year's reliable #KiwiSDR is offline, but KOA is an easy pickup from the #KA0GBG system in nearby suburban Lakewood, Colorado with the meter at S9+20.

Looking forward to opening day.

I should be able to pick up AM 1100 in SE Michigan, and my usual local SDR "misdr" just north of here has a pretty fair signal. I can catch the signal at home on my Youloop but it sounds better via remotes.

Looking forward to the start of radio #baseball season.

This year like last year I hope on #MLBOpeningDay 2024 to listen to both the home and away broadcasts for all 30 teams that are playing on Thursday March 28 via the network of #KiwiSDR stations that tune to the AM broadcast band.

Last year I got 28/30 - no English language AM for the Padres, and I couldn't find a Blue Jays station.

Every year a new challenge as broadcasters change.

I’m just noticing the QSL Card says Dec. 15th, but the program was actually heard on the 25th. Guess I’ll see if I can get another card.

Looking into finding a decoder for #FT8 and #JT65 on my Mac. As an extra special challenge, I'd like to use remote #KiwiSDR receivers as inputs to the decoder as well as my local #airspy SDR receiver.
