The modans are a moth-like species who formerly held a lot of sway in the Milky Way; some even thought they might eventually conquer the whole damn thing.
Native to the Adoten System, and sharing their homeworld of Moiaki with the similarly native sifyuu and the engineered kyokyo and seranians, modan civilization has long since been focused on superiority; technologically, politically, culturally, and racially. Times have changed, but the oppression that their empire wrought on much of the galaxy has still left scars, meaning that most people aren't too welcoming to seeing them around.
The war that terminated their regime only ended 29 years ago, after all.

One of the most culturally and militarily significant species in the Milky Way, myuki are a highly adaptable feline species. Similar to humans, they were once persistence hunters able to endlessly stalk their prey to exhaustion. In the modern day, while they have acquired omnivorous diets, they also farm the massive sauropods they once hunted, and use the advanced materials and tech produced by their expansive manufacturing economy to trade with other civilizations across the galaxy.
Native to the Brig System, they are human's closest alien neighbors, and their homeworld is the seat of one of the largest galactic superpowers; The Pact of Nagoro, encompassing over a dozen species.
If there's one thing to really know when meeting one, it's that the fastest way to a myuki's heart is through their stomach, but they eat like a godsdamn super saiyan, so watch out.

Was sitting on this because I simply didn't have as much pre-established information for some of the races, due to a lot of them simply being that I drew some myuki character distinctly "off model", and decided to make it a new race, since, similar to humans, myuki readily adapt to different environments in significant ways.
I'll probably flesh them out a bit more at some later point.

Okay, I thought about it a bit, and decided to try detaching myself from being a "non-human aliens never have clothes" hypocrite. I make no claims at being good at clothing design, and may have slightly odd tastes and/or really like minimal, skimpy clothing, so I think that's a lot of why I often don't give many of my species clothes; it's just not really a focus of mine.
That said, I've done this a couple times, and it is really fun to sit down and design a bunch of outfits, it just takes me all day because I have like, no experience in clothing design.

Been thinking about supers lately, so spent a few days just drawing up a bunch of supervillains, new and old... mostly old.
In fact, some of these are so old that I realize I haven't thought very much about them in a long time, and had to make up some of these little info blurbs on the spot.
Granted, that's how a lot of my worldbuilding works; broad, wide strokes, then fill in the depth later.
Anyway, I like supervillains.

Khazhaeim ya Ullmahei (2019)
Avatars are celestial beings that somewhat embody, and are the "anchor" or "source" for specific kinds of an innate magical ability called "mancies".
Khazhaeim, being the Avatar of Domination, was the source of psychomancy; the ability to directly control people's minds. She herself used this power on a galactic scale, imposing her will across dozens of civilizations at once. Her mistake was extending this reach across realities, where, in one not too dissimilar to ours, a seed of revolt against the tyrant grew through her neural web of control.
Importantly, Khazhaeim was also what is known as a "universal constant"; a being who exists simultaneously in (nearly) all possible realities, and in many cases, is psychically linked to their alternates.
Through careful, quiet communication snuck across her own subconscious, the innumerable civilizations she held under her forged a plan to briefly disrupt her control, and in that tiny window of opportunity, wage a minutes-long war against her across hundreds, perhaps thousands of realities at once.
Many entire civilizations were lost in the ensuing chaos, as not everyone was able to successfully interrupt the control, but regardless, Khazhaeim was no more. Her simultaneous deaths across numerous realities unleashed a psychic shockwave on all those she had control over, and even some she didn't, stunting their overall growth for thousands of years. But still, she was dead.

There are... faint rumors, however... that she may have planted a seed before she was assassinated. A seed with part of her soul in it... After all, psychomancy may not exist anymore, but neuromancy does, and it is unsettlingly similar in function...
