For the 90% of people who've been holding the extremely high bar about my preference of communication and the limits that I set within. Thank you. Y'all mean the world to me for that. :neofox_hug_cat_heart:

For the last 10%: I only reply to service requests from services I am the owner, operator, or contracted operator of.

If you are not emailing me (as a user) about Kitsudev, (or as an admin/owner of a 10t operated service, or an admin/owner/operator with an active support agreement with me), then you're not getting a response.

I do not recognize users or moderators of operated servers; only administrators. (Apologies!)

Don't mistake this. If a server I operate, like cba, has gone offline, email me., or tell an admin, owner or operator. Even if I don't respond to you, I've closed trouble tickets from user reports.

Your administrator will know whether or not your service is a server owned or operated by 10t. The answer is probably no.
