US brewery punished for promising free beer when Trump dies

Thursday 30 July 2026"- The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is set to revoke the alcohol permit for Minocqua Brewing Company by 4 August.
- Owner #KirkBangstad, a liberal activist, claims the move is politically motivated due to his outspoken #AntiTrump stance.
- The brewery previously garnered attention for social media posts suggesting free beer would be offered upon the death of a prominent political figure.
- Bangstad plans to challenge the decision, urging supporters to donate to a legal defence fund to fight the state.
