#ArmisticeDay holds a special place in my heart as it was a day my Grandad would proudly get dressed in his finest and join other #veterans in the local parade. He'd be out for weeks to collect for the #RoyalBritishLegion and sell #poppys and take time out of his day to check in with fellow members.

He was one of the #kindest, #smartest and #funny men I've ever had the pleasure to meet. He is my #hero and I hope that he's watching down on us from where ever he is and smiling.
