Tonight’s dinner is a homemade soup that came out very good, but a lot thicker than I was planning. I added too much orzo so I had to add a couple more cups of chicken broth and even that didn’t thin it out. 😅
The recipe is called creamy lemon orzo soup and has plenty of flavor.
