Myliłem się w sprawie Imane Khelif!

W czerwcu pisałem że sprawa jest zakończona, nie będzie już żadnego wyjaśnienia, Khelif po prostu nie wystartuje w żadnych zawodach wymagających testów.

Tymczasem Imane Khelif składa pozew do CAS (sportowego trybunału arbitrażowego). Jeśli to pójdzie naprzód, to będzie więcej wyjaśnień.

Po pierwszej dyskwalifikacji prez IBA była rozmowa, dlaczego nie ma pozwu do CAS (tzn. był, ale szybko wycofany przez Khelif), i mówiłem, że to dlatego, że postępowanie przed CAS ujawniłoby szczegóły sprawy. Tak jak w przypadku Caster Semenyi postępowanie przed CAS ujawniło konkretne DSD Semenyi (niedobór 5-alfa reduktazy).

Khelif składa pozew w związku z nowymi zasadami WBA, wymagającymi testów dopuszczających do kategorii kobiecej. Te testy uwzględniają DSD zależnie od tego czy skutkują męskim rozwojem czy nie (tj. dopuszczają osoby XY bez genu SRY albo z zespołem całkowitą niewrażliwością na androgeny).

Khelif składa pozew, bo chce startować *bez testów*.

Na razie CAS odrzucił wniosek o zawieszenie tych testów do zakończenia postępowania. Jest jeszcze możliwość że w ogóle chodziło tylko o tę możliwość zawieszenia i nic więcej się już nie wydarzy.

Ciekawe jak sobie to wszystko tłumaczą zwolennicy hipotezy że to wszystko był „ruski spisek” skompromitowanego IBA? Bo to wszystko bardzo jednoznacznie zgadza się z wersją, że IBA po prostu miała w tej sprawie rację.

Wenn sich jetzt rausstellt, dass Imane #Khelif einen männlichen Karyotyp hat, dann war die ganze Nummer mit der Erlaubnis bei Olympia anzutreten eine absolute Dummheit, eine Ungerechtigkeit ggü den anderen Boxerinnen und ein absoluter Bärendienst für Progression und Vielfalt.

I see a lot of posts about how we need free press, smart and dedicated journalists and then I see how some smartass French journalist, and I use the term loosely, asks Imane Khelif to answer 'his' question in French. His is marked because I wonder if a female journalist would say something equally as ignorant. Peter Doofus came to mind. Him and his ilk ruin true journalism, if that even exists anymore.
