My take:
The measure comes too late and is still incomplete.
Neither the use of #nuclear #weapons (Plan C), nor the use of explosives (Plan B) are the major threats.
Plan A, which would not invoke #NATO #Article5, has 👉already been carried out!👈
#PlanA was the destruction of the #KharkovDam to
1) slow down the #Ukrainian #counteroffensive,
2) lay waste to huge parts of #Ukraine,which #Russia will not be able to...
