Almost getting to the point where I can be productive with my #khadas Edge 2 SBC. My desktop env is running. Got my browser compiling, but I need to figure out how to bake some command line args when running it so it will do proper hardware acceleration. VSCode barely runs since it's so bloated so I'm probs gonna go back to nano or some editor with simple keybinds and LSP support

But there's more. A few months ago a customer sent in his Khadas VIM3 Pro SBC that did not boot.

He said that it was used for car audio and somehow 12V entered the CPU on SPDIF GPIO pin.

CPU was dead obviously.

But from what I've seen everything else was perfectly intact.

As Jeff from Craft Computing said in his review of the original system, the Khadas Mind is a solution in search of a problem.

Limited thermals, power and connectivity without a dock is pretty bad; considering, for a little larger footprint, you can get a NUC or NUC-like device for less or an actual laptop for a similar price point.
