@RavynWitch posting about it a couple days back, thank you for the inspiration it was great! We went with mushrooms and onion but will be tossing in more things next time lol -

Random holiday breakfast. I was watching a Georgian travel show and craving #khachapuri but also #croqueMonsieur. In a frenzy, I made this for #brunch. It definitely hit the spot.
(Note, not traditional shaped because this is an gluten free dough that it pretty finicky)

Researching Georgian #wine for an article and thought a break for the #food of #Georgia was overdue, so it was off to Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. #Khachapuri Georgian cheese-filled bread, and an amber #Mtsvane, a Georgian skin contact white, or #orangewine aged in #qvevri. A grape, winemaking style and vessel, all dating back thousands of years. What's new is once again old, naturally.
