Managed to nab a spinach & onion #borek and a large Armenian #khachapuri right before the bakery closed. Can’t wait to warm it up~

Random holiday breakfast. I was watching a Georgian travel show and craving #khachapuri but also #croqueMonsieur. In a frenzy, I made this for #brunch. It definitely hit the spot.
(Note, not traditional shaped because this is an gluten free dough that it pretty finicky)

A grape, winemaking style and vessel, all dating back thousands of years. What's new is once again old, naturally.
