@infoseclogger @da_667 you lose more in the summer, or at least it is easier psychologically, i had a ton of exercise in the last month, if anything i gained weight, I was not consciously compensating to gain or lose. i think you have to calorie restrict but not go into ketosis - even serious dieting can backfire #brown back fat #ketostix #ketones
