    Doing a taste comparison between the Deschutes Costco lager and their kernza (and rye) lager.

    They're pretty similar and both quite tasty. The kernza has a slightly different flavor like a subtle grassiness that's not unpleasant and could even just be due to the hops. Obviously the kernza has some haze but that's not a big deal to me.

    So now I guess I just gotta brew something with the kernza I bought.
