OSINT-исследователь Tendar обнаружил статистику от Ketnik, показывающую, что после отключения Starlink для русских интернет-траффик через спутники Space X упал на 75%.

Исследователь считает это признаком того, что ВС РФ на то время значительно обгоняли ВСУ по использованию Starlink.

Дані, на які посилається Tendar, мають під собою основу: після відключення/верифікації “сірих” терміналів Starlink трафік в Україні впав приблизно на 75%.

Це підтверджується аналітикою компанії Kentik (Doug Madory).

Падіння означає, що значна частина трафіку генерувалась саме російськими користувачами (військовими), які масово використовували термінали.

Що з цього випливає:

1. РФ реально масштабно сиділа на Starlink
За свідченнями з фронту — термінали знаходили “майже на кожній позиції”, включно з БПЛА і штурмовими підрозділами.

2. На певному етапі вони могли перевищувати ЗСУ по кількості використання
Це не прямий факт, а інтерпретація (як у Tendar), але логіка така:

якщо після відключення “їхніх” терміналів трафік падає на 75%

значить левова частка навантаження була з їх боку

3. Starlink був критичним елементом C2 (command & control)
Після блокування:

переходять на радіо / кабелі

ростуть втрати зв’язківців

падає ефективність координації

4. SpaceX фактично зробив “kill switch” по нелегальному використанню
Через whitelist/верифікацію терміналів у 2026 році.

Висновок:
Теза Tendar — правдоподібна як аналітичний висновок, але це не “доведений факт”, а inference з трафіку.
Факт доведений інший: РФ дуже глибоко інтегрувала Starlink у свою тактичну інфраструктуру, настільки, що його відключення обвалило ~75% активності.
