Julian Lage - Scenes from Above
Something a bit different from Lage, with a quartet featuring John Medeski, Jorge Roeder (bass), and Kenny Wollesen. (Patrick Warren—of, I think, Aimee Mann/Michael Penn/etc—shows up, too.)
I'd say he's in the Frisell mode for some, but there are a lot of great *tunes* here, with everyone stepping forward and contributing.
