The experts say there's no DNA evidence to prove the kelpie is part dingo — bush lore, they say — but I have a hard time believing that, just looking at Pepper.
If anything, the dingo has a longer neck but otherwise, quite similar.
It's best to know the truth.

Good morning from Minneapolis where we begin the new week with autumn-like weather. It's a one-dog night and I don't have a dog.

This plaque tells the unusual and little known story of the industrialist Sir Tristan Farquhar and how he met his unexpected end while trying to prove that Kelpies don't exist. It can be found the west bank of the River Kelvin in Glasgow, on the bend just north of Kirklee Bridge.

Seit kurzem kann man die beiden Skulpturen nicht nur von innen besichtigen, sondern sogar in ihr Inneres klettern! Bis in 25 Metern Höhe kann man auf einer Art Klettertour die Geschichte und die Skulpturen auf ganz andere Weise erleben.
