#mobility I tried a jujitsu-inspired workout on pumatrac app but I stopped after 15 min because the moves were too advanced for me
So I changed the plan and repeated twice these 2 #VivianYuan #kpop #dance videos:

I repeated it 4 times 😅 and by the 4th repetition I could get most of the transitions, yay!
#BTBT choreography is the most HI but #KeepMeUp has more difficult moves!
