My wife was just telling me about two beautiful, well-groomed and well-behaved Shelties showing up behind some big box store and nobody being able to find their family.
My horrible cynicbrain filled in a story of their human being put in a home and their offspring not being arsed to even bother with them.
It's not like it would be hard to find a home - probably willing to pay - for two such dogs. People are endlessly disappointing.
