    Had lunch with a good friend today at Cafe Gratitude. This is their delicious Community Bowl. Kale, brown rice, black beans, sprouts, and tahini sauce. The sauce was top notch. Need to have sprouts more often. #kcmo #KansasCity #kceats #KCvegans.
