Ernest Withers was a photographer based in Memphis, TN. He photographed everything that happened in town from baptisms to weddings to funerals. When the Civil Rights Movement began, he photographed that as a part of life in town, including the day MLK was shot.
He was also an informant for the FBI for many many years.
This is a complicated story, because the whole situation is complicated.

However I wanna have one in a near future and the one I had the chance to use was from a relative who had a 1995 one, so I like any from late 1990's.
