Interesting that "ex-rapper" is the lead rather than "trained #engineer" or "past #Mayor of #Katmandu", both of which seem to be indications of #competence.Although I suppose his speeches may have their moments.

I went to #India when I was 18 yo, in the era Desai, wildcat strikes, noise, food, crowds, fright, fun, everything my teenage mind could and couldn't absorb.I and a few others were passing thru in a lorry on the #HippieTrail to #Katmandu from London. ;-)
